Yes you can exchange to another size maximum is 1x exchange. (example : your order is a shoes - EUR 36, you can exchange the shoes to a new shoes {same article size 37} or in any size that available, maximum exchange is 1x)
HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM ?
Exchange must be made within 7 x 24 hours after order delivered.
Recently, we do not accept returns / refund, with the exception of defect product, customer should take full video while unboxing D+1 upon arrival and send the footage to us as a condition for return request (we put
notification for this on top of the box)
